To find out if you're pregnant, you first need to **take a lab-grade pregnancy test**. These tests are more than 99% accurate in detecting pregnancy hormones. We provide no-cost, confidential testing (no insurance needed). If your test is positive, you may qualify for a non-diagnostic ultrasound to estimate how far along you are. - When did I conceive? Ovulation (when pregnancy can occur) typically lasts 2–3 days, **about two weeks after your period** starts. While tracking your cycle can estimate conception, an ultrasound provides the most accurate dating, since fetuses grow at a predictable rate. - Does abortion hurt?
