We provide no-cost, confidential testing (no insurance needed). If your test is positive, you may qualify for a non-diagnostic ultrasound to estimate how far along you are.

Ovulation (when pregnancy can occur) typically lasts 2–3 days, about two weeks after your period starts. While tracking your cycle can estimate conception, an ultrasound provides the most accurate dating, since fetuses grow at a predictable rate.
